By booking an appointment/session you agree to the following Cancellation Policy:

If you need to cancel your session spot, due to scheduling, no refunds can be given for any cancellation made within 48 hours of the session.

For 1-1s no shows will be charged the full session amount. A session is deemed a no show after 15 minutes of the start time. No shows will not be rescheduled

We do not keep a waiting list.
